*120*277# not working/ unable to renew ewallet pin

I have been trying to renew my ewallet pin for the past 2 days. The ussd code(*120*277#) does not work. It keeps telling me that I don't have enough funds to continue with the transaction even though I have loaded sufficient airtime.
