12 year Olds will provide better service!

Once again this sham of a bank has app**** themselves in competently, their staff as standard wouldn't be able to organize a **** up in a brewery, considering that first they couldn't report *****(which I still haven't got answers for) and they can't change a flippen incontact phone number that I requested 3 years ago to be changed and again on Friday. This **** is endless and costs more than it's worth when dealing with people that can't do their job and another thing, you can't even request a manager because someone's brilliant thinking thought they would be better off sight and then surprise that manager doesn't call you.
