12 Days waiting for response
I phoned the fnb card division and no one seemed to know who is supposed to help me. I was transferred from one department to another back and forth with no assistance. I've sent an email to fnb on the 25th of March 2015 and I still haven't received any feedback from them. I want to align my accounts to be on platinum so I can also get to pay the bundle monthly fee. This is the worst service ever, clearly they don't take their clients seriously.
