12 Days still waiting for my SIM CARD

I called FNB Connect on the 29/01/2020 to purchase TALK MAX Sim Card to date i have not received Sim Card. When i called FNB connect to follow up , i was transfer between sales, Services and they Courier company, no one has a clue. FNB please stick to Banking industry, you have no clue in Cellphone industry.
