12 days later and NO help.

<p>On the 1/8/2017 I posted the following:</p> <p>Aug 1, 2017 1 week ago FNB (First National Bank) 2.6 Banking<br /> <br />If you want to move to FNB, DON'T. Their "how can we help" slogan is not worth the paper it's printed on. by appa-van-wyk 1<br />For the past 4 months i have been trying to activate online secure on my FNB cards without any sucsess. Yesterday, i spend 26 min on the telephone with their "business bankers" and still no sucsess. Unable to locate ANY tipe of manager to complain to. If you want to move to FNB, DON'T. Clearly FNB is not taking hellopeter serious. That is a shame.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ms/Mss Petersen is clearly not doing what her job description suggest. What a disappointment!</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe a new slogan: How can we let you down???</p>
