11 years of wasted banking!

Another bank offered me a better overdraft than FNB but the bank, by law, needs confirmation in writing that FNB has closed my overdraft.

It's been 5 days and FNB does not know who in their departments is supposed to write this letter.

The matter is now affecting my day to day operations, including my payroll for employees as my new overdraft cannot be activated.

FNB, please send me the letter I requested on the 24th June.
