11 Months of investigation and still NO feedback or any money paid back

My daughter's account was hacked last year Dec and over R60.000 was taken out her account, Zanele Mbele was appointed to assist and every week a different story, 11 moths later and still no feedback nothing. I am taking my business elsewhere, is this the kind of service FNB is giving to their customers.
