10th time. Still not a single human has the decency to help

10th review. So since 15 November this is the 10th review. Each and everyone of them we get the same generic response that they will answer and help within 24 - 48 hours. Not a SINGLE phonecall. Not a single piece of help. The department that we are having issues with (chargeback department) not answered an email since September. We have sent them daily emails, no answer. Complaints department no help. Escalations department no help. We have newspaper complaints departments also contacting them no help. Laziest most *********** staff (lets say non existant) that you can imagine. Can't wait to get our business away from this **** show
