104 days for FNB to deduct R957 from a P.O.S purch

Good day <br> <br> I am extremely upset with the service received from FNB, <br> On the 20th of June an amount of R957 came off my account making my account in arrears without me having used my card. I phoned FNB and was told that this amount was from the 8th of March -104 days ago!! It was not as if they had deducted it from my available balance March -June which I would then understand ! <br> I then complained on the FNB website where I was told that \ When you use your card to swipe at a merchant the InContact sms will come through as 'reserved' amount. <br> This amount will only be deducted off your account once the merchant banks this voucher
