10 WORKING DAYS with no concrete feedback
Your service is terrible!! It takes you guys 10 working days to resolve a query that was logged on Tuesday last week. When I follow up I am told that the query has been canceled since no one attended to it for 10 WORKING DAYS. Please do better!
