I’m utterly disgusted by the treatment I get from FNB because of my black surname. You’re constantly *****ING from your loyal unsuspecting black customers thinking we won’t catch on. For months you’ve been taking my damn money and can’t even follow up on my damn queries because you know good and well that you’re ****S!!! I asked that you cancel whatever the **** it was that’s attempting to debit from my card and over a week later I’m still facing the same problem. All these R8 you’ve been *****ING from my account for over 2 months need to refunded to my account. Don’t **** me the **** off!!! Y’all are monsters, our hard earned money doesn’t belong to you. You’re not entitled to any bit of it. -R383 on an account I haven’t used in a year is insane! Return my money so I can leave this ****ming ass bank so you can continue prioritizing your white customers!
