Our overseas trip was scheduled for end of October 2020 - November 2020, on Sunday 20 September 2020 I received confirmation of Singapore airline cancellation, have tried to contact STA Travel but there were no responses until I started seeing media reports that the company is liquidating.

FNB has already refunded me the R10000 paid to STA Travel branch, thank you so much. It is really much needed during these tough Financial Times.

FNB a far better bank, most reliable than Capitec Bank who has been ignoring my requests to process a similar dispute with Sta Travel.
