10 Days waiting for replacement cards - still no communication or courier arrangements
Lost my cheque and credit cards, cancelled and ordered new ones around 2am on Tuesday 15 June, it is Thursday 24 June today and still no one has called me from a courier company to make arrangements for the delivery of my cards. Is it acceptable to you that I have been without any bank cards now for 10 days and still no contact from a courier????????
