10 days to get my money back which was deducted without my permission

was looking into an fnb hospital payout plan and then i decided not to go ahead and declined the terms and conditions, they then still proceeded to deduct the money for the policy from my account, and when i called to let them know what they had done was ******* that did not seem to give a dam, they then said it will be reversed and could not guarantee that i would not be charged reversal fees, they better not take one cent from my account they ripp me off enough. fnb deducted money out of my account *******ly and there is not consequences??? how does that work?????????????????????? then i get told it will take 10 working days to get my money back really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you take it without my permission and i must now wait 10day what a joke.
