I've gone into the bank 2 twice, and called more than 10 times. NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT DISCOUNT INVOICING <br> THEY KEEP RECITING WHATS ON THE WEB. I WANT TO KNOW HOW DO I GO ABOUT USING THIS FACILITY
