1 week and still no data

Hi I purchase 1 GIG of data from FNB using the online services on the 25th Nov 2015. I made an enquiry the next day stating I have not received my data but I was billed for it. The lady I spoke to advised me that I would be called by one of their technicians to solve my problem. Its been a week and they have not called me. ***
