⭐ 1 Star – Inaccessible Funds and No Support from FNB I live overseas and a hold was recently placed on my FNB Money Market account. I was advised to complete KYC documents, which I submitted on 30 January. FNB responded by asking whether I had financially emigrated, to which I rep**** immediately. Despite following up, they sent me the same forms again — which I resent — and since then, I've heard nothing. I followed up multiple times (on 5, 16, 28, and 29 March), but still no response. This is my money, and I’ve been left completely helpless. I need access to my funds to close this account and move on, but FNB has made this nearly impossible. This has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever had. Living overseas only makes it worse. I expected better
