#1 most useless bank in South Africa

This bank use to be one of the top banks in South Africa but these days it is the worst bank possible! Useless service. I have been waiting for my new credit card over a month! I have made contact with over 20 times, been to 2 branches and still waiting. The best joke about credit cards is that they charge 59% interest per year even though your rate on your card is supposed to be 14.5% as per my personal interest rate.
