1 Month process to activate FlexiBond!!

I've never had a bad experience since switching to FNB until now... How hard can it be to load/activate a flexibond? I am not asking for an overdraft of a million dollars!!!

A month ago I submitted all documentation for a flexi bond to be activated on my existing home loans (2 of them), so I can access the prepaid amounts available. I had to call them 2 weeks later (despite being promised an answer within 3 days) to remind them of my application. 2 days later It was still not resolved, my banker had to push for an answer and I was asked to submit some further docs (form 17.something). Submitted immediately and now I'm still waiting.
What can be so hard to give feedback and ensure that I'm satisfied with my query... It doesn't help that I'm a private wealth client either - seriously ****ed off!!!
