Good day, on the following dates 1August 2023 and 11 August 2023 there was items no funds paid of R270 and R135 whereby policy's were paid and a few days later items no funds ocurred again which makes no sense, because all the policies were paid when funds was deposited into my account. Please make me understand as my account is now still in minus.
