1 Hour - Multiple Agents - All Just passing you along

Spent an hour on Secure Chat to be transferred from one agent to another. No one able to actually help. If I was able to do DO what was needed on my own, I would not ask Secure Chat. How much effort is it for ONE Human to actually pick up the phone and call a customer.
