I have been banking with FNB for 15 years PLUS, and now I got ****med (R10 300 revolving loan, R510savings pocket R13 000 outstanding balance on my account) on 27/12/2023 and reported the ***** to FNB on the 28/12/2023 I even made an affidavit with the SAPS as I was instructed by the FNB ***** consultant, we are now on 21/03/2024 and I still have not received my money back. Shouldn't the big banks like FNB have insurances for such incidents? I need closure please assist as I can't recover from the loss
