Day ruined I went to FNB in Durban central at 320 and I had to deal with Sbu Mlambo who refused to help me and to make it even worse he told me to move away from the counter I’m delaying other people he said while shouting at me and I told him that I don’t like the way he’s was speaking to me “im screaming because u a also screaming” he said

But thanks to Nhlanhlo who then came to intervene n treated me with dignity
