Due to this *****, and FNB's lack of action to completely remove this from my wife's name, this is still haunting us and affecting our actions to purchase property.

FNB, I think its time you own up and fix your error. If you dont reach out to me and give me a way to contact you or contact me then I will start to get the ombudsman involved.
