**************.
FNB: Vaal Mall: Agent - Rito I explained My problem to Rito. Rito the agent instructed to sit and wait. (No Ticket Issued to Me) I waited as instructed, I later asked Rito why I don't have a number and who must I see, this is after other clients who arrived after Me have already been helped. She rep**** She didn't see Me and I must now go and sit on another bench and wait again. The Question is? Is it because I am white? I do get the impression that just because one is white you have to be satisfied with ****py service?? I have reported my defective Banking App on all the known platforms and none of the FNB staff could assist Me, this has been ongoing for months now, My FNBApp chat history can confirm this. Yet again is it because I am White?
As per my email below dated 1 Nov 2023, sent @ 12:46 PM.
I indicated my willingness to facilitate your call @ 09H00, 2 November 2023.
I also requested you confirm the arrangement.
Needless to say, FNB didn’t bother to confirm the arrangement nor did FNB attempt to contact me @ 09H00, 2 November 2023.
It seems to Me that a total lack of commitment and an urge to conform to acceptable industry standards reaches even higher echelons than Branch Level??
I need to express total disgust with FNB and the FNB Customercare Division and the Internet Corporate Banking Division.
I dont see any need to supply FNB any further information, since FNB can't commit. Shame on FNB.Chris vd Westhuizen From: OBE Care <***>
