Trying to close a Fnb account is the most expensive and frustrating thing to do, they charged me R630 a month for an open account thats not being used, paid the the outstanding amount to get it to zero, it cant have a positive or negative balance they say, try to close it then, No Sir there now new fees to be paid, so this is going on like this, have paid over R2200 in fees and the account is still open, adding new fees that i have to pay, ***
