0 feedback for car license renewals still

Still getting nowhere with my licence disk renewal. I have contacted FNB over 20 times now. I have high priority tickets and yet still getting 0 feedback regarding my license renewal.

Absolutely ridiculous that you can't provide any feedback to your customer. I have tickets logged, spoken to call center team leads, tried calling directly (no answer).

And I am still no further.
