0% Compassion for mourners.

How can you advetise the slogan "How can we help you?" when it is clear from the below emails that this is not the case? This is blatant disregard for custommer service and service delivery. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any other bank. Is it because you claim to be the biggest bank that you feel you don't need to help clients and mourners? No care, no sensitivity, no compassion?
