My wife was de*****ed at one of the ATM's over 2 weeks ago - we have called this stupid company on countless occasions trying to get our money back - obviously with no luck.

Can someone please assist me in getting my money back from them - some idiot told me earlier that it will take 1-2 months to sort this issue out - someone else told me it would take a few business days for it to get done - who do I believe then
