FNB PONGOLA

Good day I was offered by FNB to move my account from Absa to them with better charges R1000 E-bucks etc, so l agreed on the saturday 21.09.19 l went to the branch and l was assisted by a consulrant and l mentioned all l was offeted and said l would just like to ask het if my my account was opened nand get the account number to ensure my salary could be deposited into my new account. Monday the 23.09.19 l was suppose to reveive my bank card which l never did, the wednesdsy they called to say the transport had broken down, l saud well l need my card by friday 27.09.19 as l was leaving tor Jhb, so l saud ok deliver it to the branch and l will collect from FNB Pongola once notified, l then went back to the bank Thursday 26.09.19 and was asdisted in activating my E-bucks card and then told to see the same consiltant tht l saw 21.09.19 for a tempoary card, l was never asked in alk tht time to update my address of which was with my ID the day l got my account number. So 27.09.19 was our salary date and l couldnt understand why l had no salary l received proof from my H/O of pmt, by the saturday 28.09.19 l went back to FNB in Van der Byl mall only to be told my account was blicked sakary returned. Wirh that all my debit orders have bounced of which l feel FNB PONGOLA should be luable for. I received an email 22.10.19 stating they will to inly pay R600 of the unpaid fees, a few hours later its be said no they have declined the claim. I ask you how do you exoect to deal with such incompotent people and bank FNB PONGOLA What do l do as tgey have messed up my name and account at Absa REGARDS Tracey Roode
