Poor service FNB Botswana

I have banked with FNB botswana since 2018. No issues until now. I have been trying to get my new debit card picked up from FNB Magaditsane branch for the last 2.5 months. Every time DHL go to fetch it , nobody knows anything about it. This despite an instruction. Nobody ever answers the telephone and nobody ever replies to an email. Its a pathetic state of affairs. I cant tell you how many different people I have been referred to and when you actually get to speak to somebody, they cant seem to help. I dont live in Gaborone.
