Poor service by first metro

First metro was for low income earners to rent their flats from R800 - R2000, now its gone up to R4200 which makes no sense. If we are low income earners earning R5000+ why are we not catered for.

Secondly, theres people who app**** for those flats and now are earning way more than they used to earn before they app**** and qualified for the flats, now they are paying first metro as little as R2000 a month but are renting out the flats to desperate people for R4500+.

My question is, why is First Metro not doing a follow up on their tenants because most of these people have moved out and are renting these flats to other people.
