Wrong monthly charge/Termination of membership.

I want a refund of my money. I asked for my membership to be terminated on the 31st of March so that I won't be charged for May (with proof) but I was just debited after giving enough notice time. The same way it took before I could be assisted with regards to a wrong charge from last year. I had my doubts when I wanted to join and I'm being proved right now. Kindly refund as it will be useless for me.
