Worst Service and Theft

Begining of November 2021 I took my wife to Ushaka Marine for our Anniversary and that's when I came across First Loyalty Plus consultant who introduced the whole **** to us.

They invited us for a presentation which we were hesitant to attend however they **** to us and sold **** dreams and unfortunately we fell in their trap.

After few days later still in November I realized that the whole thing was not as it was sold to us. I them drafted an email to "***" to cancel my membership.

They only rep**** to my mail by calling after a month, after debiting money from my account. During our telephone conversation with their consultant, she promised to cancel the membership right away and sent mail confirming cancelation which never happened and I am still waiting for that confirmation.

I feel like Money is being ****** from my account because they promised it's canceled though they still debit my account. I have sent follow up emails and no one is entertaining them, no reply and no call backs.

This whole thing is just a mess and they have no right to continue debiting my bank account.

I hope someone out there will hear my cry and assist.
