Unsatisfactory, disappointing, disgusting service

Terrible service from Shals, the agent who signed me up for a membership. She signed me up on the 20th of this month , and was supposed to call me back and explain further about the product because I was rushing to other commitments. Since the 20th till today she has not honour her call back . When I asked her today (29th April 2021) to call me and cancel this policy. She was never remorseful. Infact the 1st words which came out of her mouth was that I am Unfair. Can anyone from the management position call me ,so I could give them screen shots of my conversation with their Agent . No customer services attequtte. Also she blamed me for , for not honoring her call back. These agents dont care about us, the most important thing is for them to get a sale . Team leader or manager must call me . Also I want to cancel this Membership and get my refund back .Further more your agent was Rude and defensive .
