Unauthorized debits

I signed with First Loyalty Plus in November, but then canceled it the same day.A consultant then phoned me a few days later & he confirmed with me that it is cancelled. Then in December a debit order went off of R125. I phoned them & they said someone will get back to me...... I'm still waiting for that someone to get back to me, a whole 2 months later!!!! Today another debit order went off of R125. I contacted my bank to reserve it & they said they cant & that I should contact the service provider directly. CAN SOMEONE FROM FIRST LOYALTY GET BACK TO ME ASAP
