Unable to have membership cancelled

I have been sending numerous emails to have my membership canceled. First email was sent on 11 January 2022, no one returned my call. I sent another email on 1 March 2022, still no response. Then sent another email on 1 April, still nothing until i called on 7 April. I spoke to Thavanesan Moodley who said he will send me an email to confirm cancelation only to have my account deducted again on 1 May 2022. This is unacceptable! I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED. When I called today Thavanesan requested me to send my bank statement to investigate. This is ridiculous.
