The worst rewards program ever

The worst rewards program ever. I have paid the subscriptions since 2022. Was never able to use. Called them many times to assist. Received no help from them. Been trying to cancel the subscription since them but they continue to debit my account till current. Several emails of cancelations from my side. Every time i call I'm told the membership is canceled and the refund will be actioned but the debit is still deducted from my account.
