******** I want my Refund. I have Cancelled your subscription in May with Clinton

*Review:* My name Is Clara Mthombeni. I honestly have a problem with First loyalty plus company. I have cancelled my subscription with them, send numerous WhatsApp to Clinton with no response obviously, and today I woke up ,the have not cancelled my subscription. I am only requesting for them to refund my R125 back to my account before I take drastic measures. Because I will. They all have the most terrible service ever. When I complaint the 1st time, I did mention my refund, which was not given to me, then I cancelled my subscription with them, and they still deduct my money. I never even received an apology letter which was promised to me, and I seriously need my apology letter from their management team. If it means me fighting for all people who are being ****med by this company I will do so. I want my refund, not later than Tuesday. You're busy saying you will call me , from the 20th till now I am waiting for your call. All I want is my Refund and for you guys to cancel my subscription as per my request dated early May ,which was ignored obviously by Clinton.
