Poor service - Membership cancellation

I have been to cancel my First Loyalty plus membership as it's of no value to me. But the agent's keeps calling me to try and talk me into not canceling my membership. As per the terms on https://firstloyaltyplus.co.za/siteContent/terms , I may terminate your membership by providing a First Loyalty Plus with twenty-one day written notice. I have done so, I just need them to cancel and stop calling me to tell me they don't promise it will be cancelled before month end.

Oh, and their calls are not recorded, no notes of the conversations with the consultant. Its just a mess of administration.
