Pathetic service from First loyalty plus

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for feedback or even a resolution from your company about my booking and now it has been two weeks with no response and completely ignoring my emails and social posts on your facebook page, this is really pathetic service and I am so disappointed with the lack or urgency from your company. I have sent countless emails and posts on social media with no response at all! How can provide such service to a member that has been with you for over two years!! I regret ever getting a membership. I was suppose to have this booking done and confirmed the first week of October and now I might not even get availability anywhere due to your company failing to provide any service/resolutions or even feedback!!!
