Membership cancellation with First loyalty plus

Firstly when this ppl needed my membership they were very polite and now that I want to cancel my membership no one nowhere is to be found.Nobody knows how to cancel a membership,I have numerous emails and they lying saying that they are trying to call me,I need my membership cancellation done asap with this ******** please
