MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

I E-mail last year to cancel my membership with no response. I call they transfer me from pillar to post and the last person will just drop the call. i m not interested anymore in this package because the service is very bad. Please assist in cancellation, as i cannot even reverse the debit order.
