Jo-Anne Ferreira - Member ID FLP30331 - TOOK UNAUTHORISED MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

Good Afternoon Hellopeter After numerous phone calls made to Magalies park First Loyalty and leaving messages with Christene to assist. and calling First Loyalty speaking to Zanele and Gizelle and calling again holding on to speak to a manager and have been cut off numerous times I still dont have my money back into my account We where on a midweek holiday last week at Magaliespark and registered for First Loyalty Plus (A once off payment had to be paid there and then for R250 which we did) I asked before the time if any other amounts will be taken of and was confirmed by both Paul and another lady that no other payments will go off this month and I have requested that a debit order can go off on the 19th February (because the system couldnt do the end of the month - February)

This morning 2 x R125 payments went off my account and emails send to say thank you payments have been taken successfully WHO GAVE ANYONE THE RIGHT TO TAKE MONEY JUST OUT OF MY ACCOUNT??? I called numerous times and no one is even bothering to come back to me. I WANT THE R250 ONCE OFF PAYMENT BACK PLUS THE 2 X R125 THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT (I DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE THAT TAKES MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION AND NOT BOTHERING TO RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS OR TRY TO ASSIST!!!!!
