I canceled my monthly membership with First Loyalty on 30 November 2022 last year and despite my request, my account has been debited since January even now! These people are ****** and have the worst service. Don't ever sign up for any of their memberships. I have sent countless emails and called numerous times, but all of my attempts have been ignored. I am really going to the bank today to ask them to stop these people from bullying me now or il have to take the legal route this is *******.
