How can we make you smile? ****s!!

I signed up last year as a member. It was the worst mistake of my life! The debit order don't go off on the same day. One debit order bounced! I contacted call center multiple times for correction. Evetime they answer the phone "How can we make you smile? They promise everything it is sorted out. Guess what the same problem occurred again. The more you ask for management number the less they care! Please do not sign up! Your smile will be turned in to a sad day! They brag about sending 100 000 families on holiday! it is all *** you never get availability!!
