I would give it even -stars if I could. ***** is how I would describe this agency. I never gave my bank account details for this transaction and then all of a sudden debit orders were going off. I sent my cancellation early enough and I was assured that it would be cancelled but still the debit order went off, even though my cancellation was sent and 21 days lapsed. Now the cancellation has been put on file but I never received a cancellation confirmation. I just need someone to confirm in writing that my membership was cancelled, refund my last debit order (as my cancellation was sent in time) and not the run a debit order on my account again.
