First Loyalty Plus Zero Customer Service

I have been trying since February to cancel my membership. I have honestly given up. I am constantly getting spammed via SMS and email about promotions, I keep blocking the numbers but they keep changing them so they can keep spamming me.

The food promotions are great... if you live at the coast. Unfortunately there isn't any of my usual takeaways available making the app useless to me.

I absolutely hate your trash customer service, I have been flat out ignored and I feel it's gotten to a point where I need to air my dirty laundry on social media. If you don't stop I will report you to an POPIA officer, I have multiple times mailed you to remove my details from your database.
