First Loyalty Plus - ********

I have been trying to cancell my membership to no avail. I contacted The First Group and they said send an email to *** and then they will cancell it. I have sent numerous emails to various First Group address' but just to be ignored. The membership fee keeps going off on my bank. This is a real ****.
