First loyalty plus is a huge NO-GO !!

What a **** company. They sign you up with promises so fast and when you want to cancel they ignore you and keep charging you every month and do not let you cancel. I'm a pensioner who canceled in May and was charged in June and in July even though I told them I cannot afford it any longer. They have no care or concern for anyone. Very bad and unfeeling people in a bad and unfeeling company.
